Does anyone have the Betty Crocker International cookbook and the recipe for banana bread that's in it?

It's red and white but it's the international version from I don't know how long. I can't find mine and it has the best banana bread recipe that tastes very different. It's like mayan...with lime and nutmeg taste. Can someone post the recipe if you have it??? 2 1/2 c. flour


1/2 c. sugar


1/2 c. brown sugar


3 1/2 t. baking powder


1 t. salt


1/2 t. cinnamon


1/2 t. allspice


1 1/4 c. mashed banana


1/4 c . milk


3 T. veg. oil


1 egg


1 1/2 t. grated lime peel


1 T. lime juice


Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan, 9 x 5. Mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean -- 70-80 minutes. Cool slightly. Loosen sides of loaf from an; remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Wrap and refrigerate for no longer than 1 week.





I have had this cookbook for at least 10 years and have never tried this recipe!Does anyone have the Betty Crocker International cookbook and the recipe for banana bread that's in it?
