Does anyone have a copycat recipe for Betty Crocker creamy chocolate frosting?

I know you can never re-create the real thing but I am after a nice creamy chocolate frosting recipe.Does anyone have a copycat recipe for Betty Crocker creamy chocolate frosting?
I think you will find the cooked icings more fudgey and more like the canned chocolate icing.

Fudge Icing...never hardens stays creamy and fudgey

1 cup granulated sugar

3-4 sq. chocolate

1 egg (unbeaten)

1 tsp. vanilla

2 T. butter

1/4 t. salt

Add chocolate, butter and rest of milk. Cook until dark and thick.

Add vanilla and cool to spread. Never hardens.Does anyone have a copycat recipe for Betty Crocker creamy chocolate frosting?
I have a very old Betty Crocker cook book. there are 2 different recipes, but this is supposed to be 'rich, creamy chocolate goodness'

Chocolate butter frosting

1/3 cup soft butter or margarine

2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate

2 cups confectioners' sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

about 2 tablespoons milk

mix butter and cooled chocolate.blend in sugar. stir in vanilla and milk. beat until frosting is smooth.
This is not a Betty Crocker recipe, but it is very creamy and smooth and tastes great.

Glossy Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

3/4 sour cream

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water, stirring constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat, beat in sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla.
