Is there a replacement for 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in a Betty Crocker recipe?

I have the ';in the box'; muffin mix for Wild Blueberry muffins and it requires 3/4 cup milk, 2 eggs, and 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, But I have the eggs and milk, I just don't have the Vegetable Oil. What could I replace it with and how much for 1/4 cup?Is there a replacement for 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil in a Betty Crocker recipe?
You could use melted butter. Or if you wish a ';healthier'; version use applesauce mashed banana or other fruit puree.


The replacement measurement for either the butter or the fat free alternative would be 1/4 cup for a 1/4 cup.

You could also use a pureed fruit...applesauce, mashed banana. It's to replace the moisture.
